March 9th, 2014

Representatives from the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s Advanced Manufacturing Talent Network served as judges in the Salem County Vocational Technical Schools’ Quality Cup of Excellence competition as part of the school district’s celebration of Career and Technical Education Month.

Now in its 41st year, the annual skills competition gives high school students in all district programs an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and abilities through presentations and demonstrations before judges from the business and career and technical education communities.

See the DLWD’s news release to learn more about the competition, the Advanced Manufacturing Talent Network, and the various state efforts to highlight the success of county vocational-technical schools’ partnerships with businesses.
